NHMRC grant success for Professor Mark Harris

The School of Economics and Finance is delighted to advise you that Mark Harris as part of a Curtin research team, has won an NHMRC grant.

The project, “ Does continuity of primary care reduce demand on emergency department presentations and hospital admissions?” will commence in 2015 with funding of $800,000 over five years. There were 3,810 applications received in this round and only 555 projects were successful.

Professor Harris is a CRAE key researcher. This latest grant success adds to his two ARC grants wins that were announced in late 2013.
